Came to try Dashiwa ramen the other day with some out of town friends and thought it was not bad! I ordered a gyudon and it came with the perfect amount of food. The rice was nice and fluffy, beef was not overcooked, and it came with a little container of pickled veggies. My friends ordered the vegan ramen and the mazesoba and I think they enjoyed their meals as well! Service was fast and friendly. They have QR codes for menu but also give out a physical one. Parking was ample and free in the large shared plaza lot. The interior is spacious and clean.

My friend and I went here on a Friday night at around 6:30pm and there was no wait. It's nice and clean and they have a large menu. We shared a beer, edamame, and I had the old school shoyu ramen ($16.95). It was huge and delicious. It's a tad bit more than other places but it came with lots of the toppings - half an egg, wood ear mushrooms, seaweed, and bamboo. Service was friendly and there's a giant parking lot. I'd definitely go back to try their other dishes.

Clean restaurant, simple easy menu Enjoyed a nice miso classic soup and a side of fried gyoza with a hibiscus Tea ,super yummy Friendly staff ,great service

We went here on sunday afternoon after church. The restaurant was not busy and was able to sit about 20 of us immediately. The food took a while to come out, maybe because it was a big party. I ordered beef udon, mazesoba and kids cutlet menu. All of them taste really good. My favorite is the cutlet. Nice interior, friendly waitress.

LOVE LOVE this place! The food is amazing, the service is great, and just overall atmosphere is comfortable. The ramen broth is tasteful, and not heavy (I went for the spicy miso and the tonkatsu, and both very delicious). The noodles are not hard, the meat is juicy too, and egg cooked perfectly. The squid legs as appetizers are a MUST too, does not taste frozen and are not hard. Chewy enough but has a lot of flavor especially with the sauce. Lots of parking since it's in a plaza so no issues there. Service was incredible. Our water cups were always filled and when it was one of those 100 degree weather day, they offered everyone free slushies, very nice touch and considerate! HIGHLY recommend this place!

This place is a gem! I have been on a hunt for delicious Japanese curry and this place definitely delivered that. I tried their chicken cutlet curry and it was quite tasty. I also really enjoyed their tonkatsu original ramen. I am looking forward to my next visit soon.

Vibe: Clean and lightly decorated in a "Japanese" style. They usually play more Kpop songs than any other, which is fine since I like Kpop. Upon entering, it does smell a little heavily of cleaner but at least you know they stay neat. Service: When we went in, there were only two people at the front. We got our order taken for drinks and our two main entree but then the waitress rushed off before we had the chance to order more or even any sides. Had to call them back and they were confused at first so we had to explain we still had more we wanted to order. They're doing their best so I'm not clocking them because at least they're nice. Food: Inari Tamago - The eggs were tossed in a sweet eel sauce! Warm and sweet and savory. Tasted pretty good! Vegan Slush Noodles - Super refreshing and light. Wish I knew of this when it was still 100+ degree weather!! I don't like cucumber but that's a me thing. It's technically a perfect topping for a cooling and light dish. I think this would've also been great with strips of nori!! Ajitsuke Tamago - Perfectly jammy and lightly soy-sauce savory forward. I can't say much on the original slush or the Takoyaki and Chashu side but my mom liked them. She said the Takoyaki had a great crisp on the outside and a fluffy interior. Her favorite part are the bonito flakes. The chashu had a good sear to it and she also said the noodles were deliciously refreshing! Overall, we would come back again! It's a nice place to come to. Not super big so I don't recommend huge parties but good for small hang outs.

Fried shrimp shumai: 3 stars Tonkotsu red ramen: 5 stars Old school shoyu ramen: 5 stars The ramen was fantastic--the broth was delicious, and the noodles were perfectly chewy. I would have preferred leaner chashu, but many might enjoy the richness that the fat brings. We weren't too impressed with the fried shumai; it was too mushy for our taste. Overall, it's a great spot for lunch. The servers were friendly, attentive, and very courteous. We'd definitely come back to try more ramen from their menu.

We recently had the pleasure of dining at this fantastic restaurant and were absolutely blown away by the experience! We ordered the Chasu Mazesoba and the Red Tonkotsu, and both dishes were nothing short of spectacular. The Chasu Mazesoba was a wonderful surprise. Unlike anything we've tried before, the combination of flavors and textures was simply unique. The noodles were perfectly cooked, with a wonderful bite to them, and the rich, savory sauce brought everything together in a harmonious blend. The chasu pork was tender and succulent, adding a delicious depth to the dish. As for the Red Tonkotsu, it was an absolute delight. The broth was incredible--bursting with flavor, rich and deep, with a perfect balance of spiciness and umami. Each spoonful was a journey through layers of taste, from the hearty pork base to the delicate hints of garlic and ginger. The noodles absorbed the broth beautifully, making each bite incredibly satisfying. Beyond the food, the atmosphere of the restaurant was just as impressive. The music set a wonderful tone for the meal, creating a lively yet relaxed ambiance that made us feel right at home. The service was impeccable--friendly, attentive, and quick to ensure that we had everything we needed. The restaurant also maintained a high standard of cleanliness, with the bathroom being particularly spotless--a detail that always adds to the overall dining experience. In summary, this restaurant not only met but exceeded our expectations in every way. From the extraordinary food to the inviting atmosphere and excellent service, it was a dining experience we won't soon forget. We can't wait to return and try more of their amazing dishes!
